MD-W Gate Valve

MSP MD-W Gate Valve features the same as MSP MD-U Gate Valve. MD-W Gate Valve is especially designed for high pressure and large bore applications.

MD-W Gate Valve Features:

Lower stem aims at balancing the pressure being raised on upper stem, thus the gate could be located in an appropriate vertical direction, and operating torque is reduced.

Non-elastomeric seals, all metal-to-metal sealing(gate-to-seat, seat-to-body).

Bi-directional and floating seal between gate and seat, seat and body..

Backseated seal allows a replacement of the stem seal while under pressure.

Grease injection fitting is available on the bonnet, achieves a zero penetration on body.

Non-rising stem eliminates the damages to the stem.

Gasket groove cladding is possible to be achieved.

API Specification 6A PR2 test qualified.
