3, Manufacture

The manufacture of some rig components is sub-contracted to enterprises that engage in ship even submarine building or that are in leading position in machine-building.
The manufacture process of steel structure includes: raw material inspection removing dust with ball or sand blasting painting dust-resisted resin cutting accurately under automatic control or with plasmamethod beveling of the edges taking automatic or shielded welding method to finish the assembliestotally assembling with shielded welding measure blasting again painting per ship-building standards.
Epoxy Zinc-riched base coating , intermediate and surface urethanecoatings are applied to steel structures, meeting with requirements to resist corrosion, heat damage and humidity.
The electrical control systems are designed and manufactured in cooperation with ABB-one of 500 top enterprises in the world.
Qualified equipments are purchased from enterprises which are certified by ISO or API , API monograms can be applied as required.
3H-PEC owns a construction yard and on-yard project team including quality controllers, inspectors and supervisors who make the manufacture ,pre-assembling and pre-commissioning of rig being in control ,the rig perfect in quality and delivery on time.

4,Third party verification

As required the design, fabrication and installation of any project shall be verified by third party.
3H-PEC insists on that the material and equipment vendors selected by 3H-PEC shall be responsible for obtaining certificates for the items that they provided to satisfy with customer's requirements
