For the convenience of the customers, the wellhead control panel can be designed as integration movable and interchangeable well control module. Each module controls a single well, any single well module can be separated and moved very easily, and will not influence the operating of the other components in the single well control panel. The now available module can be removed and a spare module can be fixed for the least break down cycle.

The multi—well control panel is a “fail safe” control system, it can realize wellhead valve opening and closing sequence in the form of ESD on site, high and low pressure protection, fire proof fusible return circuit, remote ESD. This control system can be low pressure hydraulic or pneumatic precursor logical operating, or electrical logical operating by RTU or PLC. The air source can be wellhead station or the gas produced by an air compressor, the hydraulic control pressure is provided by an electric pump in a control system.

The multi—well control system is per se a series of single well control panel assembly for special use in special environment. The system, pump, and controlling logic can be fixed in the center of the multi—well control panel.

The property of all the single well control system is decided by the design of the multi—well. It includes the sequential opening and closing valve program, emergent closing, hand drive operating, fire--emergent closing, high and low pressure protection, and the control of any necessary hydraulic or pneumatic actuator. Once a signal is received from the fusible plug or a manual emergency shutdown station, the wellhead control panel will shut down the whole working platform urgently. If any of the value exceeds the safety operation parameter set, pressure of the pipeline could be detected and suitable shutdown program will be initiated.
