TD Tubing Hangers for Single Completions 

MSP/DRILEX offers TD-E, TD-EM and TD-MS Tubing Hangers in TD-C Tubing Spool for single completion application. On request, MSP/DRILEX also offers tubing hanger for dual completions.

 

TD-E Tubing Hanger

The TD-E Tubing Hanger, utilizing elastomer seals, withstands impact of high pressure 10,000 psi and moderately corrosive services. It can incorporate a control line exit block either in bull plug or block needle valve type.

TD-MS Tubing Hanger

The TD-MS Tubing Hanger, featuring two total metal-to-metal seals respectively for hanger neck and bottom, can endure high corrosive well fluids and high pressure up to 20,000 psi regardless of thermal or pressure cycling. A control line for subsurface safety valve is available on request.

TD-EM Tubing Hanger:

The TD-EM Tubing Hanger, utilizing two seals both for neck and lower part, one is elastomer and another metal-to-metal, can resist corrosive well fluids and impact of high pressure 20,000 psi. The service life is extended due to such seal assembly.

The advantage of this Hanger lies in that its elastomer seal is used for various adjustments or changes during installations, which can bring down cost, while the metal for long-term purposes without changes after installation.

It can incorporate a control line exit block either in bull plug or block needle valve type.

TD-MS and TD-EM hangers are recommended for the purpose of long-time and fixed production location, while other tubing hangers only with elastomer seals usually for short-term or trial production.
