Compatibility of Casing Hanger CQS Casing Head Housing and Spool are compatible with CQ-G-3, CQ-G-5 and CQ-G-6 Casing Hangers. CQ-G -3 Casing Hanger CQ-G -3 Casing Hanger is a wrap-around slip with seal assembly for pressure 5000 PSI. It is rated for hang-off capacity of 80% of pipe body yield and requires15,000 lb to set seal. The seal can be replaced with full-load on the hanger and re-energized by tightening the cap screws. CQ-G -5 Casing Hanger CQ-G -5 Casing Hanger is a wrap-around slip with seal assembly for pressures 10,000 PSI and 15,000 PSI. It is rated for hang-off capacity of 80% of pipe body yield. A load of 15,000 lb is required for CQ-G-5 to set seal. And the seal of CQ-G-5 can be replaced while it is fully loaded and actuated again by tightening the cap screws.

CQ-G -6 Casing Hanger CQ-G -6 Casing Hanger is a wrap-around slip with seal assembly suitable for service pressure of 5000 PSI. It is rated for hang-off capacity of 70% of pipe body yield. Like other slips of CQ-G series, a load of 15,000 lb is required for CQ-G-6 to set seal. The seal can be replaced when the hanger is fully loaded and energized again by tightening the cap screws. CQS Casing Head Housing and Spool are compatible with CQ-G-3, CQ-G-5 and CQ-G-6 Casing Hangers. CQS Casing Head Housing and Spool: two lock lock-down screws 180°apart for retention of the wear bushing during drilling and Lock–down screws used for the retention of casing hanger(the precise number depending on flange size).
