CQS Conventional Wellhead System

MSp/DRILEX (China) Inc. provides Conventional Wellhead Systems, meeting ApI 6A, with the features of flexibility and compatibility and interchangeability bringing down the inventory levels and costs for users. CQS wellhead system offers the industry’s highest capacity conventional spool-type wellhead proposed to fit various well depths and completion types.

Selection of Casing Hangers

MSp/DRILEX offers CQ-G-3, 5 and 6 casing hangers that can work in pressure 20000 pSI and temperature range of ApI Standards and with reliable secondary seals. 80% of pipe body yield can be reached and annulus seal can be created automatically. In addition, three casing hangers are compatible with CQS Casing head housings and spools.  

CQS Series Wellhead System

CQS Series is the industry’s highest capacity conventional spool-type wellhead and purposed to suit all well depths and completion types. CQS Wellhead System consists of the bottom casing head housing and hanger, the subsequent casing head spools and hangers.

Features In the Housings, Spools and Hangers, two 45° shoulders are offered. The upper shoulder holds the pack-off hydraulic pressure and test loads while the lower one provides independent support for the casing load. The dual-seal and pack-off bushing offer more choices to the customers.
